God’s healing and hopeful presence is made evident in the
care and concern shared among the staff, residents, families
and volunteers at St. John's Lutheran Ministries. All
minister to each other.
The Campus Pastors offer leadership and coordination for
this important work of the Church. They seek to assist
persons from all faith expressions in meeting their
spiritual needs by connecting them with resources from their
own traditions. They also lead and coordinate weekly
worship, Bible studies, Singspiration, “Life Changes”
discussion groups, daily staff devotions and monthly
Memorial Services for residents who have passed away the
previous month. In addition, they offer counseling and make
regular hospital visits to both staff and residents.
